Generals Rules
» Students are required to bring their diary to school everyday.
» Students who come to school on their own should reach the school at least before 5 minutes of the first bell.The students coming late will not be allowed to enter the school.
» Students should always be neatly dressed with their shoes polished and their hair done properly.
» Students are not allowed to shout or whistle in the school premises.
» They must take care of the school properly. Damaging school furniture, writing on the walls or disfiguring school property will be dealt with severely and fine will be imposed on them.
» Students are forbidden to borrow or lend. They are advised not to bring costly articles to the school. In case of violation of this rule, the articles will be confiscated.
» Students are not allowed to use any office telephone without the permission of the office In-charge.
» Parents and guardians are not permitted to visit the classrooms or visit their wards or take them during the school hours without the written permission of the Principal based of specific reason.
»Absolute silence should be maintained in library. Library books marked, disfigured, damaged or lost will have to be replaced or paid for by the borrower.
» If a book is loaned from library and not returned with 7 days then no book will be issued till the previous book is returned.
» Facilities of canteen, book shop, etc may be utilized only during recess or before/after school hours.
» The parents should check their ward's school diary regularly and respond to the teacher's remarks (if any) immediately.
» The students must submit the homework on time and must do its follow up. His/Her work should be complete. If his/her work is found regularly incomplete, disciplinary action will be taken against him/her. His/her name can be struck off the school role.
» No student will be allowed to take Annual/Board examination, if his/her attendances are found to be less than 75%.
» If a student is found involved in any in-disciplinary activities his/her is liable to struck off immediately.
» Students suffering from any infectious disease will not be allowed to attend the school.
» All the students must be regular and punctual in attendance and participating in school activities.
» Proper entry in the absence note column given in the diary should be made by parents in case of absence even for one day.
» Request for sick leave should be supported by a medical certificate.
» Willful absence in the Senior Secondary/higher classes is strictly undesirable & disciplinary action may be taken. Parents may also be asked to accompany their wards to school, the next day.
» Parents can meet the class teacher on every fourth Saturday of a month without a prior appointment.
Important : The Principal's decision in all disciplinary matters is final and binding upon all.
Note : The School Rules are subject to revision from time to time.
Fee Rules
PAYMENT OF FEES & OTHER CHARGES

It will be responsibility of the parents to deposit the fees and other charges to the school on time. Parents are, therefore, advised to deposit the fees and other charges latest by 10th of every month, between 9.00 A.M. to 1:30 P.M. late fee @ of Rs. 5/- per day will be levied if payment is delayed beyond the last day, i.e. 10th of every month as applicable. In case the fees and other charges due to the school together with the fine due to the school together with fine due there on is not paid by the last working day of the month in which such fees is due, the name of the student shall be struck off the rolls of the school. The child will then be readmitted on making payment of all school dues including fresh admission fee.
WITHDRAWAL
» One clear calendar month's notice in writing or a month's fees in lieu of such notice must be given before withdrawing any students.
» Those who leave the school in May, must in all cases, pay the fees for the month of June. No fee other than caution money is refundable at any stage.
» School Leaving certificates are not issued until all dues of the school are settled.
» Students can be asked to leave the school on the following grounds:
1. Disciplinary
2. Unsatisfactory progress in academics
3. A student who fails twice in the same class will not be permitted to continue his or her studies in the school, especially if he/she is below average in that class.
» Where a withdrawal takes place due to the above reason, no in lieu of the notice will be charged.
